We recommend cleaning your water tank every 1-2 years to ensure clean water and prevent buildup of sediment. About every 5 years, your tank will need a deep clean.

A basic clean typically takes 1-2 hours, while a full clean may take 2-4 hours depending on tank size and condition. Please note that with a Full Clean, we’ll need to disconnect your water for the duration of our work.

For basic cleans, we use a vacuum system that conserves most of your water. For full cleans and really dirty tanks, replacement water will be needed. You will need to organise this, but we are happy to try to work in with your plans so you aren’t without water for too long.

Yes, we do. Our fixed prices apply to standard plastic and concrete tanks up to 30,000L. For non-standard tanks, please contact us for a custom quote.
